Lobbyists representing global interests often work to get certain language into Bills proposed in Georgia. Examples are HB 1013 which two years ago originally proposed using World Health Organization guidelines to define certain medical and mental heath standards in Georgia. Another example in HB 986 which last year proposed to call certain social media memes a crime and thereby silence differing opinions that the government didn't want to allow the public to see or hear.

As bills are proposed this session watch for these words and phrases.

GLOBAL

Global interests are typically interested in out comes that may not be good for Georgia.

CLIMATE

Information is emerging that shows climate change theories rest on typically flawed data and are usued to rationalize other measures.

ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

Trumps new policies are already working to make energy more available and less costsly for Americans.

PUBLIC / PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

Examples have shown that these often channel public money (from YOU) to private organizations who do not have to disclose what, who or how much they are speading and in what manner. Some consider it nothing more than a way to prevent accountability.

IMMUNITY (CIVILI / CRIMINAL or both)

If a person or corporation commits wrongdoing they should be accountable for such things. Immunity in the health industry has allowed manufacturers to skip certain safety test which has led to many illnesses and deaths.

GLOBAL ORGANIZATIONS WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) ; UNITED NATIONS (UN)

Global organizations have global agendas. They control decisions using funding and laws that are often not in the best interest of the State or the Country.

LOYALTY (or LOYALTY OATH)

Politicians and others should be loyal to their constituents, the Constitution and God. No other oath is needed.

WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM (WEF WHOSE DAVOS ANNUAL MEETING IS GOING ON NOW.)

The WED exerts influence in many of the way described above. They should have no influence over the people of Georgia nor our leaders.

These words and phrases are not always harbingers of badness, but should be examined as they come up in the context of proposed new laws for Georgia. The Georgia Record will work to highlight concerning bills as they emerge during this years legislative session.
