The Georgia Record has learned that in September 2024, Deborah “Debbie” Dooley, former member of the Tea Party, was summoned to Superior Court in Forsyth County as a result of a petition by Kylie Kremer.
Kremer filed a 34-page petition requesting that the Court order a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Dooley to include a list of conditions: “that the respondent be enjoined from approaching within 500 yards of Petitioner and Petitioner's residence.”, “order Respondent to receive appropriate psychiatric or psychological services”, and “order Respondent to stop harassing and intimidating Petitioner and her/his immediate family.”
