The Henry County GOP passed four resolutions during their County convention today. Perhaps the most notable is a resolution censuring Jon Burns for his actions surrounding Senator Colton Moore. The resolution notes that these actions were contrary to the U.S. Constitution, the Georgia Constitution and Georgia law.
In addition Henry called for the legislature to take steps to prevent de-banking of accounts owned by Georgia conservatives simply because of their conservative viewpoint.
Henry County also passed a resolution to prevent Brad Raffensperger from qualifying to run in an election as a Republican, unless delegates at the upcoming GOP State Convention vote to remove this restriction.
