O2015-10-33- PUBLIC HEARING and Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend the City of Johns Creek Zoning Map regarding RZ-15-012 -GreyBull, LLC- 6200 Block of Abbotts Bridge from O-1 (Office-Institutional) to C-1 (Community Business District) to allow for a self-storage facility at approximately 80,370 square feet and concurrent Variances VC-15-012-01 to allow a 40’ reduction in the landscape strip; VC-15-012-02 to allow a 25’ reduction in the landscape strip and VC-15-012-3 for a reduction in the parking requirements
