Brad Thomas and Shawn Still and others trying to resurrect failed assault on 1st amendment

Last year, HB 986 failed after The Georgia Record, the Georgia Freedom Caucus and others called out the fatal flaws in the bill.

Now comes a repackaged version, very much like a bill enacted by Gavin Newsom in California.

The Georgia Freedom Caucus describes it this way:

Many suggest that the actions of the Georgia legislature are working against Georgia citizens before even considering such a bill and the powers it gives to the government.

The legislature just passed SB 144 which experts across the Country say may leave Georgia farmers and consumers with no recourse should they be poisoned by Chemical companies who "forget" to add warnings to their product labels.

Now they want us to be governed by an unnamed/undefined "commission" who would administer SB 9.

The answer is a simple NO.
