Assisted Living Facilities Abound the Town in Rezoning

On the Docket in the Re-Zoning world of City Hall is 2 new proposals for Assisted Living Facilities.

1) The Orchards of Johns Creek, 9435 Nesbit Ferry Road

The facility proposal is to consist of one main building and seven cottages, totaling approximately 200 units.

March 3rd, 7pm is the Planning Commission Meeting.

2) Waterstone, 10595 Medlock Bridge Road

3-Story, 121 bed facility.

Feb 5th, JCCA is hosting a public participation meeting.

7pm, Thornhill Clubhouse.

April 14th, 7pm is the Planning Commission Meeting.
