  • Shakerag Tower to go in Forsyth County

  • Screen Shot 2015-03-05 at 10.10.17 AMCity of Johns Creek & Forsyth County will enter an IGA to place the "Shakerag Tower" just off McGinnis Ferry Rd on the Forsyth County Side among 2 other cell towers. The Radio Tower will be less then 200 feet.

    Forsyth County has requested modification to the IGA that if a private party locates on the tower, the County gets 100% of the proceeds.

    Forsyth County is expected to approve the IGA in its consent agenda during its March 5th meeting.
