Fairway Package located at 141 & near State Bridge rd is indicated as one that prohibited Billboards.
We've obtained that parcels rezoning minutes, and this was included...
Section 1(a) of the Alternate Conditions on pages 144-145. It states that the owner of the property agrees to restrict the use of the property to:
“retail, service commercial and/or office and accessory uses, including all exterior food and beverage service areas…, but excluding, service stations, commercial amusements, and billboards.”
City Staff issued a building permit for the Billboard this week.

I am calling out Johns Creek Mayor Mike Bodker to explain this action and contradiction to the code to the citizens who deserve a clear explanation!
Councilperson Cori Davenport needs to explain--in DETAIL---her personal relationship with the stakeholders in this decision and why this should not be considered a conflict-of-interest.
Johns Creek leadership is dabbling with our reputation, our brand, and our standard of living.
It is past time for A FULL accounting of the billboard controversy.

And while I'm at it, stop all construction permits that allow clear cutting. This is against God and keeps our droughts coming. Trees draw in moisture and these thousands of acres of desecration are beyond belief and horrendous, pushing clouds of life giving rain away.

Please review the information and make a donation to the GoFundMe account to stop the billboards. You now see that we have a credible legal case. However, our case will require attorneys and that costs money. If everyone can give a little, it will add up quickly. Strenght in numbers. Remember the saying, "When the people lead, the leaders will follow!" Let's show that Johns Creek residents care too much about their town to let it be ruined by these dangerous blights.
