In the last few days many people have received a supposed GA GOP Membership card along with a letter asking for money.

There is however an overriding question regarding this "MEMBERSHIP." The Georgia Republican Party, Inc. recently filed documents in Fulton Superior Court stating that they have no members:

If the Georgia Republican Party, Inc. has filed Court documents stating that it has no members how can it be charging people for "membership?"

How can it provide cards that read 2025 with a person's name on the card, stating a "MEMBER #" and Stating "MEMBER SINCE" doesn't this lead them to understand they are a member? Of what?

Even the documents used to create the Georgia Republican Party, Inc. specify that "The Corporation will not have members."

The letter included with the aforesaid "MEMBERSHIP CARD" asks for money

"Rush your 2025 MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTANCE FORM back to the Georgia GOP today along with your most generous donation of $150, 300, $450 or more."

The form also bears the logo which reads "Georgia Republican Party" but just to the right a statement reads: "Paid for by the Georgia Republican Party, Inc." On the bottom of the form too it reads: "PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Georgia Republican Party, Inc."

QUESTION OF THE DAY:

Why would I be asked to pay for membership to a organization that states it has no members?

Perhaps we need to ask Josh McKoon, CEO of the Georgia Republican Party, Inc.
