Like many important stories, this one stems from a series of incidents that lead from one piece of evidence to another.
Ms Beth Majeroni is a lady from Southeast Georgia. A retired school teacher, she boasts about her time with her seven grandchildren.
Ms. Majeroni appeared before the Chatham County School board 24 times during 2021 and 2023, working to have inappropriate (pornographic/suggestive) materials removed from schools, speaking about the need for a change in school leadership and more.
Turning to Georgia elections, she asked the Chatham County Board of Registrations and staff for answers to questions she had regarding the 2020 elections and found they were not providing certain answers after repeated attempts.
Ultimately she escalated her election questions to a Grand Jury in Chatham County whose response included instructions to The Board of Elections and the Elections Administrator to provide certain answers to Ms. Majeroni. See a portion of the Grand Jury letter below. The entire document is attached at the end of this article.
When she did not receive the chain of custody documents nor the QR bar code information as described in the Grand Jury document above, she appeared at a Board of Elections meeting to remind the Board and Elections Director of their duty to comply with the Grand Jury’s instructions.
Ms. Majeroni, in blouse and skirt, was carried outside and set down on the sidewalk. She was not allowed to reenter the room, but could not leave the area because the police had left her handbag and car keys inside, leaving her without transportation.
Thomas Mahoney, Board of Elections chairman spoke with Bill Quinn, Editor of The Georgia Record, by phone, after the incident, on July 7th, 2023. During that conversation he stated that he interrupted her and had her removed because she became “disruptive” Review the video of the actual event above and decide whether you observe “disruptive” behavior. A portion of Mahoney's phone call appears below:
Some months later Beth Majeroni decided to run for the Georgia State Senate seat in her area (District 1.) She ran a typical grassroots campaign and apparently began making progress which may explain what happened next.
Before the primary, mailings began appearing which were designed to make it seem that Ms. Majeroni had in some way violated or circumvented Georgia Law when speaking to the Board of Elections. Images of one such mailing appear below.
.
These mailings seem to attempt to create the impression that Ms. Majeroni did something beyond the law. In actuality all she did was attempt to make a public statement reminding the Board of Elections they had failed to satisfy the instructions of a Grand Jury.
These mailings contain the notice that they were paid for by “Peach State Values PAC”
Peach State Values is a Political Action Committee, a “PAC”, which apparently gathers and spends money to help some candidates win elections and cause others to lose elections.
The organization, aka. Peach State Values Inc. was formed in 2020 and the original registration documents list William T Ligon, Jr. as CEO and Larry Walker III as CFO and Secretary. See below.
Recent documents, again from the GA Secretary of State, confirm Matt Brass is now the CEO, CFO and Secretary of Peach State Values, Inc. See below from the GA SoS filings.
.
One possible explanation might be to try and prevent her from winning the primary against incumbent Ben Watson. How was her campaign doing? The primary ended with Ms Majeroni, a previously unknown candidate, amassing more than 38% of the vote in the District. Did the negative documents from Peach State Values have an effect?
Tori Branum from District 20, and several others also found Peach State Values PAC taking actions with regard to their candidacy.
Ms. Branum found mailings being sent which again attempted to portray her as somehow having broken the law.
To be clear, Ms. Branum has never been convicted of any crime. Some years ago a former spouse attempted to charge her with a dispute about picking up her children. An investigation resulted in the charges being dropped and her record cleared.
While in the Marines Ms. Branum achieved certified marksman status and became a marksmanship instructor. Following her service career she became aware of the need to help women from becoming the victims of crime. Using expertise gained during her service, she has since provided self-defense briefings and handgun training for over 13,000 women across the United States. Ms. Branum also holds a BA in Psychology from American Military University.
Consider her actual background in comparison to materials created by Peach State Values, Inc. See below:
.
The above findings indicate that Peach State Values PAC, aka. Peach State Values Inc., run by Matt Brass, a sitting Senator in the Georgia General Assembly and Chairman of the "Rules" committee, has spent money to negatively impact Republican grassroots campaigns. Apparently to help ensure certain sitting Senators retain their seats during the 2024 primary.
We can see this reflected in Peach State Values Campaign disclosure documents which show expenditures designed to “oppose” Beth Majeroni; “oppose Tori Branum” "oppose Ben Fremer" and more Note that each of these candidates are Republicans who were running against Republican incumbents.

Interestingly, during her primary campaign Ms. Branum also received a phone call from Senator Shawn Still, a call she characterizes as trying to discourage her from running for Senate. You may listen to that exchange below:
Why would Shawn Still take the time to place a phone call to Ms. Branum and apparently try to discourage her continued run for the Senate? We don't know, but perhaps the following provides a clue.
In another Peach State Values Campaign Disclosure document we find a listing for money spent by the Peach State Values PAC to "support Shawn Still."
We wonder what is meant by "Campaign paraphenalia/misc"? You may view or download this full Disclosure document below:
In some cases Peach State Values was apparently using out-of-state firms to facilitate the work needed to “oppose” these grassroots Republican candidates.
Examples listed in the filing above include expenditures with Arena LLC, and Rising Tide Media Group both located in Salt Lake City Utah.
Is it to make it more difficult for the public to find out the actions they were taking?
Some will find this next section more troubling.
.
In a review of the Ethics.ga.gov website, The Georgia Record found that of $450,000 of the approximately $500,000 raised by Peach State Values in the 2024 cycle was given to them by the Georgia Republican Senatorial Committee, Inc., by far the largest donor to Peach State Values, Inc.
According to filings in the Georgia Secretary of States website, current officers of the GRSC, Inc. include:
Noted earlier as the first corporate CFO and Secretary of Peach State Values, Inc.
See documents filed with GA Secretary of State showing these three individuals lead the Georgia Republican Senatorial Committee. (Note: for reasons we can not explain John Kennedy’s Middle and Last Name appear to have been interchanged on records associated with GRSC, Inc.)
The records cited in this report indicate that Senior Republican leaders of the Georgia State Senate have, through their fundraising organization, the Georgia Republican Senatorial Committee, provided funds to Peach State Values, Inc. (A PAC run by Matt Brass another Georgia State Senator) which spent funds to oppose grassroots Republican candidates trying to win primaries in their Georgia districts.
We wonder if those who elected these existing Senators knew that, once elected, they would then work against Republican grassroot candidates to retain their seats and perhaps the seats of their “friends.”
Betrayal is a terrible thing for anyone to commit. Especially when many thousands of Georgians have placed their trust in our officials to live by standards and ideals that are higher than most. When such betrayal comes it should give everyone a sense of pause, a sense of loss. A loss of Trust that is likely gone forever for the Betrayers.

I imagine not too many have high quality printing hardware, and the business that does has repeat customers they know very well.
The place is Missouri, the names are different, and it is the House chamber not Senate, but the rest is identical. It all started in 2020 and just last month the House elected its speaker who votes with the Dem most of the time. Missouri is a red state that will turn blue soon thanks to the Blunt and Ashcroft families. The Bush Family is behind this.
Lotsa ccp bots here. I'll tell you if you think Missouri will turn democrap, you haven't been studying its demographic shift in the past decade. It's gonna go like Arkansas or West Virginia, more and more and more Republican
