Savannah holiday update from the riverfront. Savannah Christmas Market at Plant Riverside District has been named a winner in the 2025 USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Holiday Market, ranking sixth in the country.

Running from November 21 through December 31, the market transforms Plant Riverside District into a European inspired winter village, featuring artisan stalls, festive light displays, live entertainment, and seasonal food and beverage that have made it one of the region’s most celebrated holiday experiences.

The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century.
