The Georgia Record reported in early October that analysts David Cross and Kevin Moncla filed a complaint with the Georgia State Election Board demanding an emergency review of the use of election machines in the state.

    The complaint began as follows:

Kevin Moncla and David Cross, hereinafter “complainants”, are submitting this Official
Notice and Demand for Emergency Review regarding deficiencies discovered with
Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A(GA) election equipment. These problems are
consistent with that found last year in Williamson County, TN, and confirmed by the
Election Assistance Commission (EAC) as further explained below. Following this
incident, Williamson County immediately suspended use of Dominion voting systems and
replaced the machines with those of another manufacturer.

Those same anomalies, among others, have been witnessed in several separate incidents and
the same errors have been documented in 65 of the 67 counties, some 97%, across the state
of Georgia. We have evidenced these specific problems having occurred during the 2020
general election and again during the recent 2022 primaries. Without intervention, the
material effect on mid-term election contests and the risk of disenfranchisement of hundreds
of thousands of Georgia voters is imminent.

Therefore, we are seeking Immediate Emergency Review by the Georgia State Election
Board, and for cause state as follows:

Now the two analysts are resubmitting their complaint and the first few paragraphs can be seen below as well.

    Dear Sirs and Madams:

We are forced to re-submit this complaint as a final effort to urge the State Election Board

(the “Board”) to address the issues we have previously raised, and to refute the unsupported

assertions of an anonymous “technician” in response to our original complaint (Exhibit A,

hereinafter referred to as the “Initial Submission”). The Initial Submission sets forth the

background in greater detail, but we have been communicating with Chairman Duffey since early

September to forestall the occurrence of machine anomalies that is certain to call into question the

    legitimacy of the upcoming election.

Our Initial Submission was summarily disposed of by what we must characterize as an

uninformed “technical consultant” (response as Exhibit B) (“Response”). It is possible that the

State’s Technical Consultant (hereinafter referred to as the “STC”) simply misunderstood what

was being asked. Allow us to be charitable and not assume that he or she was either incompetent

or willfully attempting to mislead Chairman Duffey and the Board. But we raised serious

concerns and did not receive a serious response.

The entire complaint can be found in the PDF tab below.

The Democrats BRAZENY cheat at elections...and the good guys offer a "rebuttal." That sums up the problems with America and why we can't seem to fix them.

    Grandpa

Until those requirements are met America will not have a fair and free trustworthy elections. Period.
    - Register on time with prove of citizenship
    - Voting in person with voter ID
    - No early or mail in ballot
    - Absentee only for very few valid reasons
    - No machines, paper ballot and hand count only.

Voting regulations are the purview of the Legislature. Enforcement is overseen by the Sec. of State. If the SOS is derelict in his duty, he can be recalled by petition. This should have been done 2 years ago.

The threat of prison time might get a more speedy response.

I only see ten possible fixes for or corrupt elections in the United States. One, Republicans gain the House, Senate and the Presidency giving them the power the Democrats have been abusing for the last two years. With that power and the people demanding change, they could investigate the changes that would need to be made with the highest level of security to our elections along with creating an election fraud council run by Mr. Pulitzer using his software and his high security steps to check any election results that are in question. Two, Republicans take control over elections, Democrats have their hands in and have controlled elections in one way or another for decades and that must end.

tHE GUY ABOVE IS RIGHT....eNFORCEMENT OF sTATE LEG AND STATE CONST IS DONE BY SEC OF STATE...but he/she cannot appoint bodies like the carter crap, or even have some commission, or board do it. He can only enforce the state const, and state leg rules, and not make his own either. RATSTINKBERGER HAS TO GO....SO SOMEBODY PLEASE POST ON HERE HOW TO RECALL THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE BY PETITION. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE. HE IS NOT A REPUBLICAN....HE IS OBVIOUSLY A DEMOCRAT. PLAYING BOTH SIDES, FOR SOME FURTHER RUN FOR AN OFFICE, WHICH HE WILL NOT GET ELECTED TO. MAYBE HE SHOULD GO AND JOIN SOMETHING LIKE ABRAMS TO SCRAPE MONEY OFF, TO SUPPORT HIS LIFE, OR JUST GO BACK TO ENGINEERING. GET LOST RATSTINKBERGER.....YOU ARE NOT WANTED....AND GET RID OF THIS CARTER GARBAGE, AND STERLING TOO. Oh, and by the way where is SUCKABUTS MONEY...YEAH STERLING, WHERE IS IT?

This goes to our Republican Governor and our Republican Secretary of State. This should not happen. We saw the shock in 2020. They had to make deal with the Devil.
