Ghost Votes Counted in Seminole: Ballots Cast From an Undeliverable Address Were Requested, Returned, and Counted — A Tracking Device Sent to the Same Address Landed 500 Miles Away in Fulton County
An investigation by a CDM reporter tracked a vote-by-mail voter affidavit mailed late November, 2025 via the U.S. Postal Service for a November 2025 election in Pinellas County, Florida. What happened next was astounding, and disturbing.
The mailed affidavit to confirm the voter's identity and residence was initially mailed to the address in Seminole, Florida which cast a vote for the November mayoral race, but then went on a tortured journey across Florida, eventually ending up in Fulton County, GA, where it sits to this day as we write.
After mailing, the affidavit never went to the directed address in the Pinellas County where the vote-by-mail vote was requested and cast, but was delivered first to the main post office in Tampa, then was routed to Sarasota USPS, then back to Tampa and sat there for several months. The envelope was then moved in late February 2026 to the USPS facility in Fulton County, Georgia at 125 Villanova Dr SW, Atlanta, GA.
Several questions come to mind after this information was discovered.

After repeated attempts to discuss the situation with U.S. Postal Service officials, the USPS is no longer responding to the reporter's inquiries.
The FBI executed a search warrant on January 28, 2026, at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center (also called the elections warehouse or operations center). Agents seized hundreds of boxes (reports vary from about 650–700) of 2020 election materials, including physical ballots, ballot images, tabulator tapes, and voter rolls.
