Last month, 12 NewsNow in Beaumont, Texas reported on a shooting at a Waffle House in Beaumont, Texas near I-10.

One person was injured. There were reports that shots were fired among a large group of teenagers.

The news presenter said that the injuries were reported to not be life-threatening.

At the time, a police investigation was underway.

The Beaumont Enterprise newspaper also reported on the incident: "During the investigation, officers discovered two groups of juveniles had been asked to leave Cinemark. Not long after leaving, a fight broke out in the parking lot, and people from both groups started shooting at one another," said a Beaumont police spokesperson.
