• Judge Denies Motion To Dismiss, And Denies Motions To Intervene In Quinn/Cross v. Raffensperger Case - Consequently October 31st Hearing Has Been Cancelled - Case Continues

    Thank you for the broad support and encouragement from citizens across Georgia regarding the aforementioned case.

    The Judge in the case has Denied the Motion to Dismiss filed on behalf of Secretary of State Raffensperger. Further the Judge has Denied the Motions to Intervene as moot.

    In addition, the Hearing previously set for Thursday, October 31st has been cancelled. The Court will advise when a Hearing date is next set.

    Thank you to the many folks who expressed that they wished to attend and support the efforts in the case.

    We will announce when a new hearing date has been set and ask that Georgians attend at that time to demonstrate the concerns as asserted in the case.
