Analysis of the Georgia Secretary of State's Election Results shows that comparing 2024 to 2020's election, Upson County Gained 10.68% in Republican Presidential votes while the Democratic vote declined by -2.45%, a Net Gain for Trump of 13.14%

Upson's GOP Chair, Lisa Pierce, is currently running for First Vice Chair of the Georgia GOP.
