Christopher Gleason, candidate for U.S. Senate from Florida, has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission, claiming various committees associated with Jon Ossoff's campaign have received millions of dollars from donors who match the profile of what are now known as "Smurf donors."

DIscovered over the past few years - largely through the work of Christopher Gleason and Peter Bernegger _ "smurfing" involves the use of identies of often innocent people across the Country. Bad actors use these identities, (usually without the knowledge the person whose identity is being stolen) to make hundreds or thousands of small frequent donations in an effort to evade detection by Federal tracking programs and to mask the real source of the funding being transferred.

Smurfing typically violates a number of Federal and State laws regarding election contributions and identity theft.

Mr. Gleasons complaint lists a number of findings which appear to match previous smurfing money flows already identified.

Respondents to the Complaint:
(1) Jon Ossoff for Senate (C00718866) and Mele, Steven, as Treasurer
(2) Ossoff Victory Fund (C00750919)
(3) Ossoff-Warnock Victory/Recount Fund (C00761163)
(4) ActBlue (C00401224), as Conduit Co-Respondent
(5) Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (C00042366)
(6) Jon Ossoff, individually

Violations Alleged:
- 52 U.S.C. Section 30122 (Contributions in the Name of Another)
- 52 U.S.C. Section 30121 (Foreign National Contributions)
- 52 U.S.C. Section 30116 (Contribution Limit Violations)
- 52 U.S.C. Section 30104 (Disclosure Failures)
- 11 C.F.R. Section 110.6 (Conduit Compliance Failures)

A cheating, criminal Democrat is NOT surprising...or shocking. It also won't be shocking when, after a lengthy and expensive investigation that PROVES wrongdoing, he'a let off without prosecution OR punishment of any kind. This is the Way.
