Yesterday, the Georgia State Court of Appeals issued an order granting oral arguments in the disqualification case against Fani Willis. They set the date for arguments on December 5, 2024 - AFTER the November election.

In June the Court ordered an indefinite postponement of Willis' RICO case against President Trump and other defendants pending the outcome of her disqualification case.

This latest Court ruling means that she will not be able to proceed with her case against Trump until AFTER the November elections.
