In the latest episode of the bizarre Fani Willis saga, the South Fulton DA is asking the appeals court to reinstate certain charges against Trump and co-defendants. These charges were dismissed in September by Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, a former employee of Willis.

We will watch closely to see what move the courts may now make. It is noteable that Willis seems more intent on finding a way to keep pressure on Trump and his team than on metering justice.
