The Georgia Record has been reporting for weeks that the Tort Reform bill being heavily pushed by Brian Kemp (SB 68) is a bill meant to benefit insurance companies, corporations and property owners.

Now Laura Loomer has called out a similar bill in South Carolina noting many of the very same concerns:
