This latest ruling allows individuals to use Open Records requests to gain information from private contractors who are doing business with the government.

Election integrity advocates quickly focused on the fact that now companies likes Dominion Voting Systems, Runbeck and others can not keep data hidden by avoiding open records requests.

BREAKING: The Georgia Supreme Court unanimously ruled that private contractors working for the government are also subject to public records requests. This means citizens can now obtain evidence from companies involved in elections like Dominion [voting machines]
