WATCH: Teen Charged With Murder of Uber Driver During Carjacking In Metro Atlanta

Earlier this month, Fox 5 (Atlanta) reported that a 15-year-old teen allegedly shot and killed a 58-year-old Uber during a carjacking in Lawrenceville near Atlanta, GA. This happened in the early morning on New Year's Day. The suspect was charged as an adult with murder.

According to the reporter, the police called the incident "a senseless act".

The incident occurred in a residential neighborhood. A man woke up and found the victim lying outside his doorway.
