Earlier this month, WSB-TV, Fox 5 and 11Alive TV news (Atlanta) reported that a deputy shot a naked man after a confrontation in a quiet neighborhood in Conyers in metro Atlanta.
The 19-year-old man had been walking naked around the neighborhood, and near an elementary school, at about 10:30AM, and an indecent exposure call was received by police.
The suspect was reported to be combative and this resulted in an officer-involved shooting.
The naked man was brought into custody and was recovering in a hospital.
A neighbor thought the man might have been having a "mental health" episode. In the video, one can hear the man screaming "God" and Kanye".
Police say that the man advanced towards them, refusing commands.

Absolutely. This country can't just excuse insane behavior because the person can't help it. They are a danger to others and themselves. It's not inhumane to put them in an institution.
