In late April, a pregnant, 34-year-old woman, mother of two, was found shot on the highway shoulder in her BMW in Atlanta near the I-75/I-85 and I-20 interchange. She later died in a hospital as did her unborn child.

At the time of reporting, it was hoped that anyone that saw something would report that to the police. They were investigating where the shooting took place, as they weren't sure where it occurred, said her brother, on the highway or elsewhere.

The deceased mother's children are 15 and 5.

Her brother said that she probably was returning to her home after working.

There was a $5000 reward on offer for anyone that could lead police to the shooter.
