The Supreme Court of Georgia just DENIED Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s petition for certiorari. She has officially been disqualified and removed from being able to prosecute President Trump and his allies in her sham RICO case over the stolen 2020 election, writes Laura Loomer on X.

The entire DA staff has been removed from the case. The case is dismissed for everyone, including those who took plea agreements.

The question now is whether defendants will file malicious prosecution against Fulton County. Legal costs in particular will be considered, and not have lawyers make a lot of money, but return fees to those harmed.

"Congratulations to Mike Roman and Ashley Merchant for leading the effort to expose the corruption of Fani Willis, and to get the dismissal for all 19 of the GA RICO defendants", said Trump appointee Robert Bowes.

"This effort was the result of many people working on this case," said Bowes to The Georgia Record.

"It is worth noting it was only thrown out at this juncture because of the improprieties of Ms. Willis and Nathan Wade.  And this may not be the end -- we really don't know if it will continue to be prosecuted by some other prosecutor.  While that seems unlikely, this is Georgia and you never know what the law really is," said Atlanta Attorney Robert Barker.

"Fani Willis and Nathan Wade made their office and our entire state a global laughingstock. Their disqualification was required to preserve the dignity of the law. This preposterous case should never have been brought. Now that they are gone, it should be dismissed completely," said Harry MacDougald.

"In Georgia, the process is the punishment.  How many people have had their lives disrupted for years while this ridiculous case made its way through the system?  It is not limited to the nine on this appeal or the 19 original indictees, but the lawyers who have had their lives disrupted by political witch hunts by the Georgia Bar, and even a former U.S. Senator David Perdue, who is now the nation's ambassador to China trying to explain why the Rule of Law should be followed.  All of these people and more have been punished by a corrupt cabal controlling law enforcement and the judiciary in Georgia," said another attorney who wishes to remain anonymous.

Former 2nd Vice Chair of the GA GOP David Cross remarked, "Even the blind squirrel of justice occasionally finds a nut” it’s about time we see some logic return to the judicial system."

Hope both of those slimy creatures wind up in jail.
