The latest emergency order handed down by the Secretary of State's and security is Commissioner's Office is against Randall "Randy" Hough, a member of the Fayette County school board.
This latest order follows emergency orders issued against Edwin Brant Frost V, and Timothy Nathaniel Darnell.
Each order details violations of securities laws and Georgia State laws and levies fines of $500,000 along with referrals to authorities for potential criminal charges.
As these orders have come to light, citizens across Georgia are beginning to report troubling relationships between various individuals. They also note patterns that seemed to be common among those involved in the First Liberty Ponzi scheme.
In the case of Darnell, the Emergency Order details statements made by Darnell to Investor #4:

In a website calling itself The Areopagus, Hough describes himself as:
"The foremost commitment in my life is to Christ. I am convinced that I am called by Him to defend the Truth claims of Christianity through an intense study of Holy Scripture, material related to apologetics, and through teaching others about systematic apologetics."

First Liberty’s own promotional materials and website consistently imply a faith-based approach to their business and spoke of various ministries in which the company claimed to be engaged:

This leaves many asking,
What other relationships exist?

After the First Liberty investigations began, the Georgia Republican Party, Inc. led by Joshua McKoon, returned money to the First Liberty receiver, money they had previously received from First Liberty-associated entities.
Today, “Edwin” Brant Frost V, Krista Frost and Katie Frost still remain in positions of leadership within the Georgia GOP despite calls for them to step down - or be removed.
In a recent meeting of the Georgia GOP State Committee, McKoon told a Committee member that his motion to begin the process required to remove the Frosts was “out-of-order” and would have to wait until the “New Business” segment of the meeting.
We anticipate that more will be revealed in the coming days and The Georgia Record will bring it to you as facts emerge,

"described himself as a trained attorney, family man and devout Christian". Sounds like a Rafensberger TV Ad ... but not quite an AI generated Trump misstep.
