WATCH: Couple Found Shot To Death In Home West Of Savannah; Suspect Dies By Suicide Following Pursuit

Last month, in Pembroke, Georgia, west of Savannah, WTOC and WJCL TV news both reported on three deaths: a married couple found shot to death in their home, and the suspect died by suicide while in pursuit by police.

The suspect shot and killed himself in the couple's stolen car.

The First Baptist Church of Pembroke, the mayor, and the sheriff's office all quickly posted sympathy and prayers for the couple's family.

The county sheriff wrote, "In times like this, we are reminded that even in our most quiet, quaint, and peaceful communities, the worst of evil still exists."
