As my Mother lay dying in St. Joseph's hospital, my family and I had to make an unexpected reservation with AirBnb in Savannah to house grieving grandchildren.

We chose what we thought was a beautiful brownstone on historic Forsyth Park to have people over and share some quality time together as a family while my Mother passed.

We picked a place right on the edge of Forsyth Park.

We thought we could use the location to walk through the gardens of beautiful downtown Savannah, right outside the front door, where I grew up decades ago.

Thoughts of long walks talking through Forysth Park were pleasantly on our mind, a counterpoint to the sadness everyone was feeling.

At least we thought we could do that.

This is the front door view we got, along with loud traffic noise.

We were told the cover image to the listing was an image of 'local attractions' by the host.

This was the listing.

After we complained to AirBnB, the host changed the image sequence and the location of the listing. You can see the new listing location below.

Watch out for what you see on AirBnB; it might not be what you get.
