Throwing more money down the drain because we have been paying the MARTA tax, and then clogging up our roads with mostly empty buses should NOT be revisited.

MARTA Bus Performance (May 2017):
The Cost per Bus Passenger Trip of $3.93 in May exceeded the forecast by $0.76, or 23.9%. This unfavorable variance was due to bus ridership falling short of the forecast by 1.0 million unlinked passenger trips and net over-runs of budgeted expenses. The 2017 Fiscal Year-to-Date (months of July through May) Cost per Bus Passenger Trip of $3.65 exceeded the forecast by $0.35, or 10.6%. This unfavorable variance was due to bus ridership falling short of the forecast by 5.5 million unlinked passenger trips and net over-runs of budgeted expenses.
Lenny has been in office all these years, and he's still promising and talking about the same traffic relief approach, but he's delivered absolutely nothing. Lenny can't cut it and it's time for new leadership in his post.
