GA Election integrity non-profit VoterGA has been involved for years fighting the legality of Dominion Voting Systems machines in GA elections, as they do not believe the machines provide a 'verifiable vote'. The vote result is inserted into a QR code which can be changed by nefarious actors.

A GA court ruled in favor of this lawsuit before the 2020 election but relief was stayed until after the 2020 general poll.

VoterGA is now pushing for this relief to be granted and outlaw Dominion from use in GA.

What:               A complaint filed by VoterGA and Rep. Philip Singleton against the state of Georgia to ban the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 System will have a motions hearing

Why:              The U.S. District Court has already ruled that the voting system does not comply with Georgia laws

    When:            Wednesday, December 15, 11:00 a.m.

    Where:            Fulton County Superior Court

Remote hearing link to be posted on VoterGA.Org/Events tab if available
