BREAKING: SEC Files Consent Judgment In Ponzi Scheme Case Against First Liberty Building And Loan, Brant Frost IV

In a move that surprised many, the SEC has filed a Consent Judgment in the case against Brant Frost IV and First Liberty on July 11th, this past Friday.

As one of the stipulations of the agreement,, over $34,000 will be paid to the law firm of Chalmers,
Adams, Backer & Kaufman, LLC for attorney's fees incurred in the course of defending First Liberty. (Page 12)

Attorney Alex Kaufmann has represented the Georgia Republican Party, Inc., and other ancillary groups associated with the GOP, in past matters.
