Whistleblowers have leaked emails from within WPATH that detail gruesome gender-affirming care steps and the resulting horrific outcomes.

Sources say over 400 pages of leaked emails and other documents show WPATH recommendations and practices, with ZERO evidence of supporting studies on after-affects and outcomes.
