Gov. Brian Kemp appeared at the Perry Fish Fry today. During his time there he volleyed questions from constituents - some uncomfortable. Kemp had been billed as a key speaker for the event. After spending less than two hours at the event, he left (as all keynote speakers do after they address crowds during statewide meetings) and was seen at 12:20 at a nearby Chick-fil-A.

Sources close to the matter declined to comment on whether he went "grilled" or "fried" and whether bacon was involved.
