Dorsey's post was made Tuesday night at 10:43pm and has already received 3.4 million views. Elon Musk replied soon after Dorsey's post with a single character "!"

The original quote regarded "splintering the CIA" and has long been attributed to Kennedy by sources including the New York Times:
