    The Sea Island road abandonment case was returned by federal judge to a local court. Sea island and Glynn County have filed a motion to dismiss.

    A response to this motion to dismiss as recently filed by plaintiffs in the case.

    The case centers on Glynn County giving control of Sea Island roads to the Sea Island corporation, which resulted in restrictions for Georgia citizens on accessing the island.
