Is the future direction of Johns Creek important to you? Unhappy with the current push towards higher and higher densities? Then get registered to vote and then vote, especially in the Special Election.

In recent years the descriptions of Johns Creek voters by council members has not been flattering. Apathetic, fatigued and other comments have been made.

Over the last twelve months, however, residents have been coming out in large numbers to question what is going on and where we are headed. The tide is turning in Johns Creek and it's up to you to keep up the pressure to make sure that Johns Creek Residents come first and that their community is protected from the desires of outside consultants and others that want to change the character of Johns Creek.

It's also amazing how many past candidates never took the time to vote in our elections until they ran for office. Make sure that the first vote they cast in a municipal election is not just so they can vote for themselves.

Meanwhile, there are voters who have voted in every municipal election and I for one thank you for taking the time to do so.

The future of Johns Creek is in your hands. So do take the time to register and vote.
