I certainly hope that this is the end of the Ranked Choice Voting debate in GA. I've researched RCV quite extensively and see no pros but many cons.

I remain convinced that with RCV, elections can be "gamed" by savvy political operatives who instruct their voters, via a well-developed text messaging infrastructure, to mark the ballots strategically in order to effect a specific outcome. Only one party has such a messaging structure, and it's not the RNC.
